We are a multi-national organisation. We work for over 100 non-profit organisations nationally and internationally. Our Birmingham based location is currently recruiting for Fund Raiser s for our face-to-face organisation.

We currently provide our national clients brand awareness & new customer acquisition throughout the West Midlands area

Teamwork is at the heart of what we do, and you will lead a team with your creativity, passion for the cause, and quality driven leadership style. The Fund Raiser is in charge of motivating a group of individuals and providing the public with awareness and inspiration for our clients. You will be guided by the needs of our clients, our market, and our internal company mission. In conjunction with our current causes, you will be responsible for the training, development, and generally holding others accountable for their work. We are looking for individuals who are able to coach and lead others instead of micro managing.

Duties:

• Instruct and train new and existing Members

• Travel to locations throughout Birmingham, outside the office. Must love being outside and love the city

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organisational skills

• Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings

• Able to lead and motivate a diverse group of people

We empower our Fund Raisers to make their own decisions, thus creating an environment where people are treated with respect and are highly motivated to excel. We mentor Fund Raisers through education and on-the-job experience. As a result, we are able to fill a majority of our opportunities from our existing member base. We also recognise that there are individuals with hidden talents and have training programs to bring those new people into the company.

This opening is highly competitive. Compensation is based entirely on personal results only at the entry level. Candidates will focus on the entire business model; you will focus on sales, marketing, customer service, and brand awareness. College graduates and entry level professionals are welcome to apply.
